The service

CallSalvager provides an AI receptionist that answers calls forwarded to a phone number we assign, gathers the caller's details, records them as a lead in your account, and texts your alert number. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

No outcome guarantee

CallSalvager depends on phone carriers, messaging carriers, AI systems and the internet. We do not guarantee that any particular call will be answered, that a caller will provide usable information, that a lead will be created, that an alert text will be delivered by a carrier, or that any booking, job, sale or revenue will result. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information — your business name, hours, service area and services drive what the receptionist tells your callers.
• Only enter a mobile number you own or are authorized to receive texts on, and keep it current.
• Use the service lawfully, including any recording, disclosure and consumer protection rules that apply to your business and calls.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

SMS lead alerts

Alert texts are operational service messages about your own leads, not marketing. You opt in by ticking the consent box next to your alert number; the box is never pre-ticked and the number is not saved without it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any alert to opt out, or HELP for help. Your leads remain available in your CallSalvager inbox whether or not you receive texts.

Acceptable use

Do not use CallSalvager to send unsolicited marketing, to harass anyone, to impersonate another business, to collect information you have no right to collect, to break the law, or to interfere with or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Accounts and cancellation

You may stop using CallSalvager at any time and ask us to close your account and remove your data. Any fees, billing terms and trial conditions that apply to your account will be the ones stated to you in writing when you sign up; no billing is processed inside the app today. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CallSalvager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, missed jobs or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
